I'm an ERP Business Analyst who turns business requirements into practical ERP solutions, with hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, process analysis and functional configuration.

I currently work as an ERP Business Analyst at Nexus Incorporation Pvt. Ltd. My work covers requirement gathering, business process mapping and gap analysis, and I prepare BRDs, functional specifications, test cases, process flows and user documentation. I coordinate with developers and stakeholders on customizations, enhancements and issue resolution, and I support functional testing, UAT and post-implementation activities.

Before that, I worked as a Functional Consultant at Innovax Solutions, where I started as an intern in October 2024. There I coordinated Odoo ERP implementation projects, configured and validated modules including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Payroll and Project Management, and supported UAT, user training and go-live.

I recently completed my Bachelor in Information Management at St. Xavier's College, Kathmandu. My background also includes a Quality Assurance diploma and project management internships, and I enjoy working between business and technical teams while supporting the end users who rely on the system.
